摘 要:以沿淮淮北某大型水利工程桥梁为例,对其软土地基不良地质条件进行分析的基础上,对钻孔灌注桩施工过程进行探讨,具体包括护筒埋设、泥浆制备、造孔及清孔、水下混凝土灌注等施工环节。结果表明,软土基础具有高流变性、高含水量、高压缩性、易触变等特性,钻孔灌注桩技术的应用能有效增强软土基础的工程性能,对于类似工程软基加固十分适用。Taking a large hydraulic engineering bridge along the Huaihe River in Huaibei for example,the construction process of bored pile is discussed in this paper.The construction process of bored pile includes the laying of protective tube,mud preparation,hole making and clearing,underwater concrete pouring and other construction links.The results show that the soft soil foundation has the characteristics of high rheology,high water content,high compressibility and easy thixotropic.The application of bored pile technology can effectively enhance the engineering performance of soft soil foundation,which is extremely suitable for similar soft foundation reinforcement.
