摘　　要：为满足市场多样化需求,云南云天化红磷化工有限公司组织生产66%粉状磷酸一铵产品。介绍20万t/a粉状磷酸一铵装置在生产66%粉状磷酸一铵产品过程中由于提高原料磷酸浓度而导致的问题及进行的改进。通过改进,取得了较好的效果,在产品总养分满足要求的同时,装置产量提高,运行周期延长,包装温度降低。In order to meet the diversified market demand,Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.organizes to produce 66%powdered MAP products.The problems caused by increasing the concentration of raw material phosphoric acid in the production of 66%powdered MAP in 200 kt/a powdered MAP plant and improvements are introduced.Through the improvement,good results have been achieved.While the total nutrient of the product meets the requirements,the yield of the device is increased,the operation period is prolonged,and the packaging temperature is reduced.
