摘  要:对30万t/a半水-二水法磷酸装置副产硫酸钙进行取样,现场阻断其水化,再对其化学组成、物相组成、夹杂磷含量及相互关系进行系统分析。结果表明,在半水工艺段,半水石膏从高浓度磷酸溶液中结晶,致使较多磷被裹入硫酸钙晶格,w(共晶磷)0.56%;在二水工艺段,可水化石膏溶解-再结晶为石膏,此时溶液中磷酸浓度低,因此共晶磷含量显著降低(w(共晶磷)0.01%),再经多次水洗涤实现滤渣夹杂磷降低,也使得半水-二水工艺磷回收率达到了98.2%。The by-product calcium sulfate is sampled from 300 kt/a semihydrate-dihydrate phosphoric acid plant,and its hydration is blocked on site.The chemical composition,phase composition,inclusion phosphorus content and their relationship are systematically analyzed.The results show that in the semihydrate process,the semi-aqueous gypsum crystallizes from the high concentration phosphoric acid solution,resulting in more phosphorus being wrapped into the calcium sulfate lattice,the content of eutectic phosphorus is 0.56%.In the dihydrate process,the hydrable gypsum is dissolved and recrystallized into gypsum.At this time,the phosphoric acid concentration in the solution is low,so the eutectic phosphorus content is significantly reduced(0.01%).After repeated water washing,the low phosphorus inclusion in the filter slag is realized,and the phosphorus recovery rate in the semihydrate-dihydrate process reaches 98.2%.
