摘 要:针对光纤光栅型光纤激光器有源温度传感技术只能进行较低温度以及较小范围温度测量的问题,提出一种飞秒写光纤光栅型光纤激光器高温传感测量系统。将飞秒写光纤光栅嵌入到光纤环形腔结构中,同时作为温度敏感元件和激光波长反馈器件,设计搭建了飞秒写光纤光栅型激光器光路。此光路系统输出光信号带宽为3.45 GHz峰值强度为31.94 dBm,2 h内连续光谱检测最大波长漂移为3.25 pm,可视为无跳模现象,实现了高达60 dB的高信噪比、窄线宽、高功率信号输出,同时输出光信号可线性表征光纤光栅温度感应。实验结果表明此传感系统实现了50℃到1000℃大范围温度的线性传感检测,线性度可达0.9975,波长-温度灵敏度为13.8 pm/℃。Aimed to solve problems like low-temperature sensing and narrow temperature range of conventional fiber laser active temperature sensing technology based on fiber gratings,a fiber laser high temperature sensing measurement system based on femtosecond laser written fiber Bragg grating(fsFBG)is proposed.The fsFBG is embedded into a fiber-optic ring structure,which simultaneously acts as a temperature sensitive element and a laser wavelength feedback device.Based on the structure,optical path of an fsFBG-type fiber laser is designed and built.Bandwidth of the output optical signal is 3.45 GHz,the peak intensity is 31.94 dBm,and the maximum wavelength drift of continuous spectrum detection within 2 hours is 3.25 pm,which can be regarded as no mode hopping phenomenon.Narrow linewidth,high signal-to-noise ratio up to 60 dB,and high power signal ouput are achived,and the output optical signal can linearly characterize the temperature sensing of the fsFBG.Experimental results show that a linear sensing in a wide temperatures range from 50℃to 1000℃,a linearity of 0.9975,and a wavelength-temperature sensitivity of 13.8 pm/℃are achieved.
