摘 要:本项目开发了一种纺前着色高色牢度彩色超细纤维及剥离型共轭纺丝制造方法[1],由于在纺丝过程中,剥离型共轭纺丝的一种或两种组分中均匀地分布有如炭黑等颜料的纺前染色组分,因此在制成机织织物或针织织物后,色牢度及染色深度等性质都有很大提高。省去染整工序的染色难题,缩短产品的工艺流程,降低生产成本,易于工业生产的高色牢度彩色超细纤维材料及其生产工艺。消除了纤维染色给环境造成的严重污染,减少三废污染,有利于环保,该技术被视为对传统染色工艺的重大革新。This project develops a kind of producer-colored and high color fastness color composite super fiber and a producing method of exfoliated conjugate spinning.There are some dyeing components before spinning such as carbon black uniformly distributed in one or two components of exfoliated conjugate spinning,therefore,the qualities including the color fastness and dyeing depth will be enhanced greatly after the completion of woven fabric and knitting fabric.The dyeing difficulty of dyeing and finishing process will be removed,the production process will be shortened,the production cost will be reduced,and the high color fastness color superfine fabric and production process will be liable to the industrial production.The severe environmental pollution brought by fibric dyeing will be eliminated,and Three Wastes pollution will be reduced,which is conducive to the environmental conservation.This technology is considered as the significant reform of the traditional dyeing technique.
