摘  要:本文使用密炼机,成功制备了NBR发泡混炼胶,并探索了不同增塑剂对NBR发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着氯化石蜡用量的增加,混炼胶的收缩率越来越小,可塑性越来越大;NBR发泡混炼胶硫化曲线中最高扭矩值降低;NBR发泡材料的扯断强度先增加后减小;随发泡材料的断裂伸长率先增加后减小;随着氯化石蜡用量的增加,发泡材料的硬度一直下降,发泡材料的发泡倍率先增加后减小,发泡混炼胶的门尼黏度逐渐下降,发泡材料的密度呈现先减小后增加的趋势。In this paper,an internal mixer was used to successfully prepare NBR foamed rubber compound,and the influence of different plasticizers on the properties of NBR foamed materials was explored.The results show that with the increase of the amount of chlorinated paraffin,the shrinkage of the rubber compound becomes smaller and smaller,and the plasticity becomes larger and larger.The maximum torque value in the vulcanization curve of the NBR foamed compound is reduced.The breaking strength of NBR foam material first increases and then decreases.The elongation at break of the foamed material increases first and then decreases.With the increasing in the amount of chlorinated paraffin,the hardness of the foaming material has been decreasing,and the foaming ratio first increases and then decreases.With the increasing in the amount of chlorinated paraffin,the Mooney viscosity of the foamed rubber compound gradually decreases,and the density of the foamed material shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
