摘  要:本文采用开炼机、密炼机和橡胶连续终炼机对白炭黑配方混炼胶进行终炼,探究设备本身对终炼过程及终炼胶性能的影响。将三种设备的工艺变量严格控制在相同转速30 r/min和温控温度50℃下进行终炼,并将性能测试结果和设备能耗数据整理分析,数据表明橡胶连续终炼机具有单位能耗低、效率高、胶料性能均衡的特点。This article uses an open mixer,an internal mixer and a continuous rubber final mixer to finalize the white carbon black formula compound,and explores the influence of the equipment itself on the final mixing process and the performance of the final compound.The process variables of the three types of equipment are strictly controlled at the same speed of 30 r/min and the same temperature of 50℃for final refining,and the performance test results and equipment energy consumption data are sorted and analyzed.The data shows that the rubber continuous final mill has the characteristics of low unit energy consumption,high efficiency,and balanced rubber performance.
