摘  要:本文首先将丁腈胶乳经过破乳和后处理,制得丙烯腈含量为33%,门尼黏度为80的E3380丁腈橡胶,并利用开炼机和密炼机成功制备了发泡混炼橡胶,并研究了不同促进剂TBBS对NBR发泡性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随促进剂用量的增加,发泡胶料最低扭矩有变小的趋势;随着促进剂用量的增加,NBR发泡胶的发泡倍率逐渐增加,发泡胶的密度逐渐降低;随着TBBS用量的增加,发泡胶的扯断强度有上升的趋势,断裂伸长率有下降的趋势。In this paper,the nitrile latex is demulsified and post-treated to obtain E3380 nitrile rubber with an acrylonitrile content of 33%and a Mooney viscosity of 80.The foaming and mixing rubber was successfully prepared using an open mill and an internal mixer,and the effects of different accelerators TBBS on the foaming and mechanical properties of NBR were studied.The results show that with the increase of the amount of accelerator,the minimum torque of styrofoam has a tendency to decrease,the expansion ratio of NBR styrofoam gradually increases,and the density of styrofoam gradually decreases.As the amount of TBBS increases,the breaking strength of styrofoam has a rising trend,and the elongation at break has a falling trend.
