摘　　要：本文简述了密炼机端面密封无油润滑的必要性,以及无油润滑主要的失效模式分析,从而针对性的挑选出适合无油润滑的成对材料,对各种组合试块进行实际测试。通过试块失重比较磨损程度,挑选出一种较理想的摩擦副进行实际应用,并跟踪使用效果。This article briefly describes the necessity of oil-free lubrication for internal mixer end face seals and the main failure modes of oil-free lubrication,so as to select materials suitable for oil-free lubrication and test various combination test blocks.By comparing the wear degree of the test block,an ideal friction pair was selected for practical application,and the use effect was tracked.
