摘　　要：数字经济的发展和渗透给传统经济模式带来了巨大的冲击,不论是消费者还是生产者都面临数字经济转型的强力挑战。数字经济平台提供了快速信任、平等共治、产品再造、安全稳固的数字经济交易环境,有助于数字经济的开展和业务的创新,在新数字经济时代有着重要作用。介绍了大数据驱动的数字经济平台及其运行模式,并提出一种可行的平台架构,为数字经济平台的设计提供了理论支持和技术积累。The development and penetration of digital economy has brought great impact to the traditional economic model.Both con-sumers and producers are facing the strong challenge of digital economic transformation.Digital economy platform provides a fast trust,equal governance,product reengineering,secure and stable digital economy trading environment,which is condu-cive to the development of digital economy and business innovation,and plays an important role in the new digital economy era.It introduces the big-data driven digital economy platform and its operation mode,and proposes a feasible architecture,which provides theoretical support and technical accumulation for the design of digital economy platform.
