摘  要:目的探讨4种不同抗菌洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌生长及毒力表达的影响,分析不同成分的洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制原理。方法通过微量肉汤稀释法测定4种抗菌洗液最低抑菌浓度,用紫外吸收光谱法检测细菌细胞质膜的完整性,最后采用肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α检测试剂盒(ELISA)测定洗液作用后的金黄色葡萄球菌对人单核细胞分泌TNF-α水平的影响。结果B洗液、D洗液的最低抑菌浓度为6.20 mg/mL。A洗液、C洗液的最低抑菌浓度为3.10 mg/mL,抑制效果分别为A>C>B>D,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4种抗菌洗液具有一定的抑菌效果,其中C抗菌洗液具有良好的抗菌效果,应用广泛,价格适中,适宜推广。Objective To investigate the effects of four different antibacterial lotions on the growth and expression of virulence of Staphylococcus aureus,and to analyze the inhibitory principle of different components lotions on Staphylococcus aureus.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentrations of four antibacterial lotions were determined by broth microdilution method.The integrity of bacterial cytoplasmic membrane was detected by ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry.Finally,the effect of Staphylococcus aureus after lotions on the secretion of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αby human mononuclear macrophages was determined by TNF-αdetection kit(ELISA).Results The minimum inhibitory concentration of lotion B and lotion D was 6.20 mg/mL.The minimum inhibitory concentration of lotion A and lotion C was 3.10 mg/mL,the inhibition effect from high to low was as following:A>C>B>D,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Four kinds of antibacterial lotion have certain antibacterial effect,and the antibacterial lotion C has good antibacterial effect,which is widely used,moderate in price and suitable for promotion.
