摘　　要：目的检测CA125和E-cadherin在复发性流产患者血清及蜕膜组织中的表达水平,并对二者做相关性分析,探讨CA125和E-cadherin在复发性流产中的临床意义。方法选取2016年11月至2019年11月于河北医科大学第四医院妇产科因复发性流产行清宫术的患者50例为试验组,同期行人工流产术的患者50例为对照组。应用酶联免疫方法检测2组患者血清中CA125和E-cadherin表达水平。2组术后取蜕膜组织作为检测标本,利用免疫组化方法分别检测蜕膜组织中CA125和E-cadherin表达水平。对复发性流产患者蜕膜组织中CA125和E-cadherin表达水平做相关性分析。结果复发性流产与年龄、体重指数、痛经、辅助生殖相关,与妊娠时间、血红蛋白数、孕次、产次无关。试验组患者血清中CA125表达水平明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组患者血清中E-cadherin表达水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CA125在50例试验组患者蜕膜组织中,低表达8例(16.00%),中表达16例(32.00%),高表达26例(52.00%);50例对照组患者蜕膜组织中,低表达34例(68.00%),中表达11例(22.00%),高表达5例(10.00%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。E-cadherin在50例试验组患者蜕膜组织中,低表达37例(74.00%),中表达7例(14.00%),高表达6例(12.00%);50例对照组患者蜕膜组织中,低表达4例(8.00%),中表达30例(60.00%),高表达16例(32.00%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA125与E-cadherin在复发性流产蜕膜组织中表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.05)。结论复发性流产与年龄、体重指数、痛经、辅助生殖相关。CA125在复发性流产患者血清及蜕膜组织中呈高表达,可作为复发性流产的诊断指标,CA125与E-cadherin在复发性流产组织中异常表达并呈负相关系,表明CA125可能是通过某种信号通路降低E-cadherin的表达从而参与复发性流产的致病过程。Objective To investigate the expression levels of CA125 and E-cadherin in serum and decidual tissue of patients with recurrent abortion,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods A total of 50 patients with recurrent abortion were enrolled as experimental group,at the same time,the other 50 pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion were enrolled as control group.ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of CA125 and E-cadherin in serum of patients.And immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of CA125 and E-cadherin in decidual tissues of patients.Moreover,the correlation between CA125 and E-cadherin was analyzed.Results The recurrent abortion was correlated with patient’s age,body mass index,dysmenorrhea,and IVF-ET,however,which was not related with hemoglobin levels,leukocyte number,pregnancy and deliver times.The expression levels of serum CA125 in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),however,there were no significant differences in the expression levels of serum E-cadherin between the two groups(P>0.05).Of the 50 patients in experimental group,there were 8 cases(16.00%)of low expression of CA125,and 16 cases(32.00%)of medium expression,and 26 cases(52.00%)of high expression.Of the 50 subjects in control group,there were 34 cases(68.00%)of low expression,and 11 cases(22.00%)of medium expression,and 5 cases(10.00%)of high expression,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Moreover there were significant differences in the proportions of patients with different expression levels of E-cadherin between the two groups(P<0.05).In addition the expression levels of CA125 were negatively correlated with those of E-cadherin in decidual tissues of patients with recurrent abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion The recurrent abortion is correlated with patient’s age,body mass index,dysmenorrhea,and IVF-ET,and the expression levels of serum CA125 are increased in patients with recurrent abortion,moreover,which are negatively correlated with
