摘　　要：进入新时代,习近平总书记牢牢把握坚持和平发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴这条主线,准确分析全球安全形势新发展、新变化、新特点,就加强全球安全治理、推动全球安全治理体系变革提出了一系列新理念、新主张、新倡议,形成了具有中国特色、世界价值和时代特征的全球安全治理理念。这一理念内涵丰富、意蕴深远,既是马克思主义中国化、时代化的重大创新,也是中国特色大国外交理论创新的最新成果,引领和推动着全球安全治理实践,为解决国际安全问题贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。Focusing on the main goal of achieving peaceful development and national rejuvenation,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,proposals and initiatives on global security governance in the new era,which thoroughly analyze the new developments,changes and characteristics of global security,and thus form a concept of global security governance with Chinese characteristics,world significance and contemporary relevance.This concept,with rich connotations and far-reaching implications,is a significant achievement in adapting Marxism to China’s conditions and the latest theoretical innovation in major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,leading the practice of global security governance and contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global security issues.
