摘　　要：目的评估冷冻制片质量管理体系的应用效果。方法选取安阳市肿瘤医院病理科2020年3—6月(冷冻制片质量管理体系实施前)保存的280例冷冻组织作为对照组,2020年7—10月(冷冻制片质量管理体系实施后)保存的310例冷冻组织作为实验组,对两组冷冻组织进行质量控制分析。结果对照组制片时间长于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组优良片符合率低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施冷冻制片质量管理体系后,制片时间缩短,制片质量提高,有利于冷冻制片实验室的规范化管理和标准化建设。Objective To evaluate the application effect of quality management system for frozen section.Methods A total of 280 frozen tissues preserved in the pathology department of Anyang Tumor Hospital from March 2020 to June 2020(before the implementation of the frozen production quality management system)were selected as the control group and 310 frozen tissues preserved from July 2020 to October 2020(after the implementation of the frozen production quality management system)were selected as the experimental group.The quality control analysis of the two groups of frozen tissues were carried out.Results The production time of the control group was longer than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of excellent tablets in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the quality management system of frozen section,the production time is shortened and the production quality is improved,which is conducive to the standardized management and standardized construction of frozen section laboratory.
