摘　　要：目的分析经腹部超声(TAS)联合经阴道超声(TVS)检查诊断无症状输卵管异位妊娠的价值。方法收集漯河市中医院2019年12月至2021年8月收治的76例疑似无症状输卵管异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,均进行TAS、TVS检查,以手术结果作为金标准,比较TAS、TVS单独诊断与联合诊断效能(敏感度、特异度、准确性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值)。结果手术结果显示,76例患者中阳性69例,阴性7例;TAS、TVS、TAS联合TVS检测的特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TAS联合TVS检测的敏感度、准确性分别高于TAS、TVS单独检查(P<0.05)。结论TAS联合TVS检查应用于无症状输卵管异位妊娠诊断中,敏感度与准确性高。Objective To analyze the value of transabdominal scan(TAS)combined with transvaginal scan(TVS)in the diagnosis of asymptomatic ectopic tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 76 patients with suspected asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy of fallopian tube treated in Luohe Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to August 2021 were collected as the research objects.All of them underwent TAS and TVS examinations.The surgical results were used as the gold standard,the efficacy of separate diagnosis and combined diagnosis(sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,negative predictive value and positive predictive value)of TAS and TVS were compared.Results The surgical results showed that 69 of 76 patients were positive and 7of 76 patients were negative.There was no significant difference in the specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TAS,TVS,TAS combined with TVS(P>0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of TAS combined with TVS were higher than those of TAS and TVS alone(P<0.05).Conclusion TAS combined with TVS has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of asymptomatic ectopic tubal pregnancy.
