摘 要:交流电弧炉是现代钢铁冶炼的主要设备,但其作为一种典型的非线性时变负荷,给电网电能质量带来了十分严重的影响。交流电弧炉的精确建模对深入理解电弧的时变性和非线性,准确评估其电能质量问题,以及制定针对性的治理方案具有重要的意义。现有模型对电弧的内部特性涉及较少,不能完全反映电弧的物理性质,建模效果较差,数据要求较高,使用局限性较大,适应性不强。基于此,文章研究一种新型的交流电弧炉通用模型,首先,根据电子连续性方程构建确定性电弧模型,并以叠加周期性正弦信号和带通白噪声的方式模拟弧长的变化规则;然后,通过机理分析近似估算模型中各个参数的取值范围;最后,以50t炼钢交流电弧炉和电石炉作为研究对象,在Matlab/Simulink软件中验证模型的可行性和适用性。研究结果表明,所提模型能较好地体现电弧的内在特性,无需大量实测数据,工程实用性较强且适用范围较广。AC electric arc furnace is the main equipment of modern iron and steel smelting,but as a typical non-linear time-varying load,it has a very serious impact on the power quality of the power grid.The accurate modeling of AC electric arc furnace is of great significance to deeply understand the time variability and non-linearity of the electric arc and realize the targeted management of power quality problems.The existing model is less involved in the internal characteristics of the arc,and cannot fully reflect the physical properties of the arc,resulting in poor modeling effects,high data requirements,large use limitations,and poor applicability.A novel general model of AC electric arc furnace was studied in the paper.Firstly,according to the electronic continuity equation,a deterministic arc model was constructed,and the arc length change rule was simulated by superimposing periodic sinusoidal signals and band-pass white noise.Secondly,the value range of each parameter in the model was estimated approximately by mechanism analysis.Finally,a 50t steel-making AC electric arc furnace and a calcium carbide furnace were used as the research objects to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model under the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment.It is demonstrated that the proposed model can better reflect the inherent characteristics of the arc,requiring no measured data,with good engineering practicality and adaptability.
