摘 要:科学有效的成员企业合作既是港口—腹地供应链可持续高质量发展的引擎之基,也是“一带一路”有机衔接特别是西部陆海新通道建设的活力之源。基于既有文献、实地调研和协作系统理论,设计港口—腹地供应链合作效率影响因素的概念模型、研究假设及其测量变量,并运用结构方程模型验证这些因素对港口—腹地供应链合作效率的影响路径及作用机理。研究发现,合作意愿、预期收益、业务流程、组织结构和学习能力对港口—腹地供应链合作效率均有不同程度的直接正向影响,影响程度从高到低依次为,组织结构>合作意愿>业务流程>学习能力>预期收益,其中组织结构对合作效率影响最大;合作意愿在预期收益和合作效率之间起部分中介作用,业务流程在组织结构和合作效率之间起部分中介作用,前者的中介作用占比略大于后者。因此,港口—腹地供应链要通过增强成员企业的相互依赖程度、凝聚成员企业的联盟共识、促进成员企业的公平合作等途径,切实引导和增强港口—腹地供应链成员企业合作意愿;科学合理设定预期收益,平衡和增进经济收益、品牌效应及政策收益;持续优化组织结构,并向着有机型、竞合型、灵活型、开放型合作组织迈进;提升成员企业的响应速度、资产利用率,并加快商品(货物)在成员企业之间的流转速率,着力于港口—腹地供应链业务流程改进及再造;强化提升包括知识搜寻、内化吸收、创新创造等方面的综合学习能力,以管理创新和技术创新驱动整个供应链高质量发展。Scientific and effective cooperation among member enterprises is the foundation of the engine for the sustainable and high-quality development of the port-hinterland supply chain,as well as the source of vitality for the organic link of the Belt and Road,especially the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.Based on the existing literature,field survey,and Cooperative System Theory,the authors design the conceptual model,research hypotheses,and variable measurement of the factors which affect the cooperation efficiency of port-hinterland supply chain,and use structural equation model to verify the influence path and mechanism of these factors on the port-hinterland supply chain cooperation efficiency.It is found that:cooperation willingness,expected returns,business process,organization structure and learning capabilities has different degrees of direct positive impact on the cooperation efficiency of port-hinterland supply chain,among which organization structure has the greatest impact,followed by cooperation willingness,business process,learning capabilities,and expected return;cooperation willingness plays a partial mediating role between expected returns and cooperation efficiency,business process plays a partial mediating role between organization structure and cooperation efficiency,and the mediating role of the former one is slightly larger than that of the latter one.We should,first,effectively guide and strengthen the cooperation willingness of port hinterland supply chain member businesses by enhancing the interdependence,consolidating the alliance consensus,and promoting the fair cooperation among member businesses;second,we should set reasonably expected returns,balance and increase economic returns,brand effect,and policy returns;third,we should continue to optimize organization structure,and develop the cooperation organizations to be organic,competitive,flexible,and open ones;fourth,we should improve the response speed of member businesses,asset utilization and the circulation rate of c
