摘　　要：丹酚酸B作为丹参的有效水溶性成分,是当前丹参中研究最多的成分之一。研究发现,丹酚酸B在心脑血管方面的药理作用机制较为广泛。近年来,随着深入的研究与拓展,丹酚酸B在抗氧化、抗肝脏纤维化、降血压、降血糖、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等方面可能具有广阔的应用前景。本文鉴于近些年来发表的文献,对丹酚酸B的药理作用进行总结分析,旨在为其进一步研究提供思考。Salvianolic acid B,as an effective water-soluble component of Salvia miltiorrhiza,is one of the most studied components in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Studies have found that salvianolic acid B has a wide range of pharmacological mechanisms in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular aspects.In recent years,with in-depth research and development,salvianolic acid B may have broad application prospects in antioxidant,anti liver fibrosis,anti hypertensive,hypoglycemic,anti-aging,anti-tumor and other aspects.In view of the literature published in recent years,this paper summarizes and analyzes the pharmacological effects of salvianolic acid B,aiming to provide some thoughts for its further research.
