摘 要:目的探讨临床治疗中静脉输注头孢曲松钠后所产生的胆囊内假性结石的相关临床机制和分析假性结石在CT中的影像学的表现。方法回顾性分析我院既往28例住院患者在治疗中静脉使用头孢曲松钠后胆囊出现假性结石的CT影像学表现及产生原因。结果28名患者在静脉输注头孢曲松钠后8~17 d形成胆囊假性结石,假性结石在停药后30~60 d内均自行消失。其中19例在CT影像中表现为泥沙样结石,9例CT表现为团块状结石。结论在临床治疗中使用头孢曲松钠后会有部分患者在胆囊内会产生假性结石,产生的假性结石在停药后一段时间后可溶解消失,影像科医师在诊断时应注意患者用药史,临床医师亦应了解头孢曲松钠可导致胆囊假性结石的机制,以免给患者造成不必要的过度治疗。Objective To explore the clinical mechanism of pseudolithiasis in gallbladder after intravenous infusion of cephalosporin sodium and to analyze the imaging findings of pseudolithiasis on CT.Methods The CT findings and causes of pseudolithiasis in gallbladder after intravenous administration of ceftriaxone sodium in 28 inpatients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-eight patients developed gallbladder pseudolithiasis 8~17 days after intravenous ceftriaxone sodium application,which disappeared spontaneously 30~60 days after discontinuation.Among them,19 cases showed silt-like stones on CT,9 cases showed clumpy stones on CT.Conclusion After the use of ceftriaxone sodium in clinical treatment,some patients will produce pseudolithiasis in the gallbladder,and the resulting pseudolithiasis can dissolve and disappear after a period of time after drug withdrawal.Imaging physicians should pay attention to the patient′s medication history in the diagnosis,and clinicians should understand the occurrence of stones during medication,so as not to cause unnecessary overtreatment to patients.
