摘　　要：城市语言治理规划研究是国家治理体系的一个重要组成部分,是语言规划研究的新课题。当前对城市语言治理规划的研究较少,对它的研究有理论意义也有一定的现实意义。结合城市语言调查的案例,主要讨论了城市语言治理规划观的基本内涵及其实施过程。研究显示,城市语言治理规划,指的是城市语言生活治理规划。它不是对语言管理的简单替代,而是更凸显问题意识和动态发展的意识。具体实施的过程通过问题维度、理论维度和治理维度展开,3个维度相互补充、互相联系从而确保治理对策的合理性和有效性。The study of urban language governance planning is an important part of the national governance system,and also a new topic of language planning research,which has much theoretical and practical significance.However,there is little research on urban language governance planning now.Based on the case of urban language surveys,this paper mainly discusses the basic implications of the concept of urban language governance planning and its specific implementation process.The research shows that urban language governance planning refers to the governance planning of urban language life.It is not a simple substitute for language management and it highlights the problem awareness and dynamic development.The implementation process is carried out through the problematic dimension,the theoretical dimension and the governance dimension.The three dimensions complement and connect with each other to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the governance measures.
