逐瘀止血汤加减对血瘀证崩漏患者卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨逐瘀止血汤加减对血瘀证崩漏患者卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年11月至2018年11月西安市第九医院诊治的85例血瘀证崩漏患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组42例和对照组43例,观察组患者给予逐瘀止血汤加减治疗,对照组患者给予伊血安颗粒治疗,两组患者均先连续治疗一个疗程(7 d),若有出血再继续治疗1~2个疗程直至无出血。比较两组治疗前后的中医症状积分及性激素水平[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)],比较两组患者治疗后的止血效果及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后的中医症状积分为(4.25±1.27)分,明显低于对照组的(10.09±1.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的止血总有效率为92.75%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的LH、FSH、P、E2水平均明显升高,且观察组LH、FSH、P及E2水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组患者无不良反应发生,低于对照组的9.30%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论逐瘀止血汤加减可明显改善血瘀证崩漏患者的中医症状、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平,提高止血效果,且临床应用安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction on follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in patients with blood stasis syndrome and metrorrhagia.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with blood stasis syndrome and metrorrhagia were retrospectively analyzed,who were diagnosed and treated in Ninth Hospital of Xi’an from November 2015 to November 2018.The patients were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The observation group was given modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction,and the control group was given Yi Xue An Granules.Both groups were treated for a continuous course of treatment(7 d)first,and if there was bleeding,the treatment was continued for 1~2 courses until there was no bleeding.The TCM symptom scores and sex hormone levels,such as luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,as well as the hemostatic effect after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment;and after treatment,the TCM symptom score was(4.25±1.27)points in the observation group,which was significantly lower than(10.09±1.67)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hemostasis was 92.75%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 79.07%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,P,and E2 in the two groups were significantly increased,and the levels of LH,FSH,P,and E2 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no adverse reactions in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 9.30%in the control group,while the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction can significantly improve th
