摘　　要：目的观察蓝芩口服液配合干扰素α1b注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效,并探讨其对患儿炎性因子及体液免疫水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月于西安市中心医院儿科门诊收治的180例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上予以干扰素α1b注射液治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上联合蓝芩口服液治疗,两组疗程均为7 d。治疗结束后比较两组患儿的治疗效果和症状缓解时间,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗7 d后的中医证候积分、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤细胞坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]和体液免疫[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM]水平的差异。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的各项症状缓解时间明显快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,两组患儿的CRP、IL-10、TNF-α、中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,且观察组明显低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,两组患儿的Ig G、IgA、IgM均较治疗前上升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液配合干扰素α1b注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,其不仅能促进患儿症状缓解,降低中医证候积分、炎性因子水平,还能提高患儿的体液免疫水平。Objective To observe the efficacy of Lanqin oral liquid combined with interferonα1b injection in the treatment of herpangina,and to explore the effects on inflammatory factors and humoral immunity level of patients.Methods A total of 180 patients with herpangina treated in Department of Pediatrics,Xi’an Central Hospital between January 2017 and January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were classified into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90)by using random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with interferonα1b injection based on conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Lanqin oral liquid combined with interferonα1b injection,for 7 d.The treatment effects and relief times of symptoms of the two groups were compared after the end of treatment,and the TCM syndrome score and levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and humoral immunity[immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,IgM]before treatment and after 7 d of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 d of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 97.78%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of each symptom in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-10,and TNF-α,and score of TCM syndrome in the two groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,and the levels and score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgA,and IgM were increased after 7 d of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with interferonα1 b injection has a significant efficacy in the tr
