摘　　要：[目的/意义]为更好地了解江苏省高职院校图书馆学习支持服务现状,为高职院校图书馆学习支持服务提供发展决策引导。[方法/过程]基于RPV框架,采用问卷调查和网站访问调查的方法,从资源、流程、价值观三个方面对江苏省20所“双高计划”院校图书馆学习支持服务情况进行调研。[结果/结论]在对所获数据进行归纳分析的基础上,发现江苏省高职院校图书馆学习支持服务中存在图书馆重视度过低、服务空间急需改进、学习支持服务人员未配置等问题,我国高职院校图书馆学习支持服务可从以下几个方面改进:积极拓展学习支持服务空间、建设学习支持馆员队伍;增设学习支持服务平台,创新服务方式;高度重视开展学习支持服务,提高服务水平,培养服务文化。[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is for better understanding the current situation of the polytechnic college libraries’learning support service in Jiangsu province,and providing the developmental decision guidance for them.[Method/process]By using the methods of questionnaire and website survey based on RPV framework,this paper investigates the learning support services of 20“Double-High Project”college libraries in Jiangsu province from the three aspects of resource,procedure and value.[Result/conclusion]On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the data,there are some problems in the learning support service of polytechnic college libraries in Jiangsu province found:Library pays too little attention on services,space is in urgent need of improvement,and learning support service personnel is not well allocated.Polytechnic college libraries should provide learning support services from several perspectives:Actively expanding the space of learning support services and building the team of learning support librarians,adding learning support service platform and innovating service mode,and attaching great importance to the development of learning support services,improving the level of service and cultivating a service culture.
