摘　　要：[目的/意义]公共数字文化工程多媒体资源库因其资源类型多样性和传播利用公益性的特点而决定其版权获取复杂多样。厘清这一问题可为公共数字文化工程资源库建设的版权解决提供参考借鉴。[方法/过程]以列表形式辑录整理公共数字文化工程资源库建设的版权获取模式的优缺点和利用要点,对“江门海丝”多媒体资源库建设的版权获取实践的基本情况、特色和问题进行研究,提出相关思考。[结果/讨论]公共数字文化工程资源库建设要从采取多种版权获取模式并行、注重全局性和版权协作、建立版权联盟、加强宣传和版权培训等对策来解决版权获取。[Purpose/significance]The multimedia resource library in the public digital culture project,which is diverse and free for dissemination and utilization,has complicated copyright issues.Analyzing the issues could provide reference in solving copyright issues in the construction of public digital culture resource library.[Method/process]This paper lists the advantages,disadvantages and utilities of different ways of acquiring copyrights in the public digital culture project multimedia resource library construction.And analyzes the basic situation,characteristics,problems and thoughts of copyrights acquiring practice in“Jiangmen maritime silk route”multimedia resource library construction.[Result/conclusion]The construction of resource library in the public digital culture project should take parallel of multiple copyright acquisition modes to get copyright,and should pay more attention to overall importance,copyright collaboration,building copyright alliance,promotion and professional training while solving copyright issues.
