摘  要:[目的/意义]探究“信息-知识-智能”转换规律视野下的图书馆职业能力评价指标体系,促进图书馆职业发展。[方法/过程]根据问卷调查所得数据,采用层次分析法,分析图书馆职业能力评价指标体系的权重系数,构建较为完整的图书馆职业能力评价指标。[结果/结论]在信息转换规律视野下,图书馆用户认为影响图书馆职业能力指标体系中的拓展能力所占的权重最高,约占52.3%,而图书馆员认为专业能力最为重要,其权重约占48.1%。提出提高图书馆职业能力的策略:建立专门的图书馆职业能力标准;馆员加强自身专业能力知识的学习;不定期开展馆员继续教育和培训工作。[Purpose/significance]This paper explores the evaluation of the library professional competence from the perspective of information transformation law,to promote the development of librarianship.[Method/process]According to the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,the weight of each evaluation indicator of library professional competence is calculated through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,and a complete evaluation index system of library professional competence is constructed.[Result/Conclusion]The research finds that,from the perspective of information transformation law,library users think the expanding competence is the most important factor in the evaluation index system of library professional competence,accounting for 52.3%of the weight;But the librarians think the professional competence is the most important,accounting for 48.1%of the weight.This paper puts forward some strategies for improving library professional competence:For example,establishing specific standards for library professional competence,librarians should strengthen their professional competence and knowledge learning,and carrying out continuing education and training of librarians from time to time.
