摘  要:钢构件具有自重轻、可回收、力学性能佳等诸多优点,在高层建筑及工业厂房中均有重要应用。门式钢结构厂房多使用H型钢柱作为承重构件,若H型钢柱存在质量缺陷或安装偏差,均会对钢结构框架的稳定性造成不利影响。首先介绍了H型钢柱安装中常见的初始缺陷,随后着重分析了单跨、双跨结构下,2种初始缺陷的应力变化。结果表明,不同结构下,同样初始缺陷产生的应力,双跨要小于单跨;在双跨结构下,中柱初始缺陷产生的应力要低于左柱。Steel members have many advantages,such as light weight,recyclability,good mechanical properties,and are widely used in high-rise buildings and industrial plants.H-shaped steel columns are often used as load-bearing members in portal steel structure plants.If H-shaped steel columns have quality defects or installation deviation,they will have adverse effects on stability of steel frame.The paper first introduces the common initial defects in installation of H-shaped steel column,and then analyzes the stress changes of the two initial defects in single-span and double-span structures.The results show that the stress of double span is smaller than that of single span under different structures;in the double span structure,the stress produced by the initial defect of the center column is lower than that of the left column.
