摘 要:万州长江公路三桥位于万州主城区,于牌楼街道跨越长江,大桥连接长江两岸的过境公路交通和城区过江交通,具有公路桥梁和城市桥梁双重功能。本桥钢箱梁锚拉板单元与桥面顶板单元采用熔透焊缝连接,施工难度主要在于锚拉板单元制造、现场拼装空间定位两个方面。介绍了锚拉板单元车间制造以及现场拼装精度控制施工技术,给同类型结构制造及现场施工提供一种新的思路。事实证明,此种施工方法可以保证锚拉板制造以及现场拼装精度,能有效提高施工效率、缩短施工工期。The Wanzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is located in the main urban area of Wanzhou,crossing the Yangtze River in Pailou Street,the bridge connects the transit road traffic and the urban river traffic,with the dual functions of highway bridge and urban bridge.The anchor tensile plate unit of the steel box beam and the top plate unit of the bridge deck are connected by fused penetration weld.The construction difficulty is mainly due to the manufacturing of the anchor tensile plate unit and the on-site assembly space positioning.This paper introduces the construction technology of anchor plate unit workshop and site assembly precision control,which provides a new idea for the same type of structure manufacturing and site construction.Facts have proved that the construction method can ensure the accuracy of anchor pull plate manufacturing and site assembly,and can effectively improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.
