In order to make full use of liquid waste resources, improve the performance defects of rubber asphalt, the modified asphalt is prepared with Swill-cooked Dirty Oil(SDO)and Crumb Rubber(CR).The microscopic morphology of modified asphalt is observed by fluorescence microscope, and conventional physical property tests, bending beam rheometer test, and segregation tube test are carried out to analyze the road performance and storage performance of modified asphalt. The results show that SDO can promote the swelling and degradation of CR particles, reduce the size of CR particles, increase their dispersion in asphalt, and improve the storage stability of the modified asphalt. The physical properties and rheological test results of BBR show that the increase of SDO content can improve the low temperature performance and construction workability of asphalt, but it will weaken the high temperature performance to a certain extent.
