摘　　要：高温天气给畜禽养殖业造成经济损失,应采取合适措施缓解热应激。中草药提取物具有抗氧化、抗炎、维持肠道健康和提高生长性能的特性,是有效缓解畜禽热应激的天然抗氧化剂。文章综述热应激对畜禽养殖安全的影响及中草药提取物缓解畜禽热应激的作用,以期为畜禽生产应用提供参考。The high temperature weather has caused economic losses to livestock and poultry breeding industry. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to alleviate heat stress. Chinese herbal extracts have the properties of antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, maintaining intestinal health and improving growth performance. They are natural antioxidants that can effectively relieve heat stress of livestock and poultry. The paper reviews the effect of heat stress on the safety of livestock and poultry breeding, the effects of Chinese herbal medicine extracts on heat stress of livestock and poultry, to provide reference for practical livestock production and application.
