摘　　要：目的了解不同地方品种鸡中ALV的自然感染状态。方法采集扬州某种鸡场3个地方品种鸡(芦花鸡、苏禽绿壳鸡、新杨黑鸡)、2个时期(15周龄、25周龄)的泄殖腔棉拭子3600份和血清样品600份,分别采用p27抗原检测试纸条和ELISA检测试剂盒进行检测,同时,采集部分p27抗原检测阳性鸡的抗凝血,提取基因组,利用J亚群特异性引物进行PCR检测。结果15周龄时p27抗原检测试纸条与ELISA检测总阳性率分别为30.67%和31.38%;25周龄时总阳性率分别为11.20%和12.50%。ALV-J亚群PCR检测结果显示,阳性样品可扩增出特异性符合目的545 bp条带。结论我国地方品种鸡存在ALV的感染,且主要以ALV-J亚群为主。To understand the infection status of avian leukosis virus of different local breed chickens,In this study,we collected 3600 samples of anal swab and 600 serum from three different local breed chickens species including Luhua,Suqin Green Shell and Xinyang Black,two periods(15 and 25 weeks old)in a chicken farm in Yangzhou.The p27 antigen test strip and ELISA test kit were used for detection respectively.At the same time,40 anticoagulation samples were collected which the p27 antigenspositive wasdetected in chickens.The genome was extracted andspecific primers were used for PCR detection of J subgroup.The results showed that the total positive rates of p27 antigen test strip and ELISA were 30.67%and 31.38%at 15 weeks old,11.20%and 12.50%at 25 weeks old,respectively.The results of ALV-J subgroup PCR showed that 545 BP bands could be amplified from positive samples.The results showed that there was a widespread infection of ALV in local chicken breeds in China,and the main subgroup was ALV-J.
