高校学报与新媒体融合发展的现状与对策

摘　　要：受管理体制、思想观念及高校学报封闭性等因素的制约,目前高校学报与新媒体融合发展方面主要是与新媒体合作,自创新媒体的不多。为进一步加强高校学报与新媒体的融合发展,应在主管、主办单位和学报出版单位共同努力下,改革健全高校学报的管理体制和运行机制;加强新媒体技术的学习,重视专业人才队伍建设和技术引进;优化学报的内容,突出专业化和传播的精准化;新媒体合作和自创新媒体并举,开创学报传播新途径。Restricted by factors such as management and operation system,ideas and the closure of university journals,the integration and development of university journals and new media have main co-operations with new media,but few with self-innovation media.In order to further strengthen the integration and development of university journals and new media,it is necessary to reform and improve the management system and operation mechanism of university journals with the joint efforts of the competent authority,host unit and publishing units.In the meantime,we should strengthen the study of new media technology and pay attention to professional talent team construction and technology introduction,optimize the contents of the journal to highlight specialization and communication of precision,with the new media cooperation and self-innovation media coexisted to create new approaches for journal communication.
