子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔冲洗液中FABP4和瘦素的测定

摘　　要：目的:研究子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔冲洗液中脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP4)和瘦素的水平变化。方法:选择32例患者(其中轻度14例、重度18例)和36例非子宫内膜异位症患者,比较其临床特征。用ELISA法检测血清及腹腔冲洗液中FABP4和瘦素水平。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125、胆固醇水平较非子宫内膜异位症患者升高,而甘油三酯水平降低(P<0.05)。轻度子宫内膜异位症组血清、腹腔冲洗液FABP4水平低于重度子宫内膜异位症组,腹腔冲洗液瘦素水平高于重度子宫内膜异位症组(P<0.05)。血清FABP4与腹腔冲洗液FABP4水平呈正相关(r=0.304,P=0.012)。血清FABP4和腹腔冲洗液瘦素水平与痛经严重程度呈正相关(rs=0.471、0.393,P<0.05),3级痛经患者血清FABP4水平高于1级者(P<0.05)。结论:FABP4和瘦素与子宫内膜异位症有密切的关系。Aim:To study the levels of adipocyte-fatty acid binding protein(FABP4)and leptin in the serum and peritoneal lavage fluid of patients with endometriosis.Methods:A total of 32 patients with endometriosis(including 14 mild cases and 18 severe cases)and 36 patients with non-endometriosis were recruited.The clinical characteristics of these two groups were compared.The levels of FABP4 and leptin in the peritoneal lavage fluid and serum were detected by ELISA.Results:The CA125 and cholesterol levels of the endometriosis patients were higher than those of the non-endometriosis patients,while the triglyceride level was lower(P<0.05).The levels of serum and peritoneal lavage fluid FABP4 in the mild group were lower than those of the severe group(P<0.05).The level of leptin in the peritoneal lavage fluid of the mild group was higher than that of the severe group(P<0.05).The level of serum FABP4 has a positive correlation with FABP4 in the peritoneal lavage fluid(r=0.304,P=0.012).Serum FABP4 level and leptin level in the peritoneal lavage fluid were positively correlated with the severity of dysmenorrhea(rs=0.471,0.393,P<0.05).Serum FABP4 level in patients with grade 3 dysmenorrhea was higher than that of grade 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:FABP4 and leptin are closely related to endometriosis.
