摘　　要：随着中国经济的发展以及城市化进程的不断加快,化工工程项目的发展前景越来越好,项目规模也在逐渐扩张,而与之对应的管理方面的挑战也越来越多。文章以费用管理为基本出发点,重点针对化工项目的特点进行了深入分析,同时指出了当前费用管理方面的不足之处,并从设计、经济等方面进行了相关探究。With the vigorous development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the development prospect of chemical engineering projects is getting better and better,the project scale is gradually expanding,and more challenges in management in correspondence.This article takes cost management as the basic starting point,focusing on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of chemical projects,points out the shortcomings of the current cost management,and explores the design and economy.
