摘 要:社会工业日益发达,但先进的社会生产力所带来的污染也日益严重,其中染料废水因其污染是不容忽视的。在污水处理中,多用吸附法处理有色染料废水以达到初步净化的目的。蒙脱土以廉价易得的优点而广泛应用,本实验采用蒙脱土(MMT)为载体,制备Fe系柱撑蒙脱土吸附剂,以色度去除率为评价指标,筛选最佳吸附剂及最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:最佳的吸附剂为Fe-Al-Zn-MMT吸附剂;最佳工艺条件为吸附时间为1 h、pH=3、反应温度为30℃、吸附剂用量为10 g/L、转速为4500 r/min。Social industry is increasingly developed,but the pollution brought by advanced social productivity is increasingly serious,among which the pollution of dye wastewater cannot be ignored.In sewage treatment,the adsorption method is used to treat colored dye wastewater to achieve the purpose of primary purification.Montmorillonite is widely used because ofits cheap and easy availability.In this experiment,the montmorillonite was used as the carrier to prepare Fe pillar montmorillonite adsorbent.The chromaticity removal rate was used as the evaluation index to screen the best adsorbent and the best process conditions.The results show that the best adsorbent is Fe-Al-Zn-MMT.The optimum conditions were as follows:adsorption time 1 h,pH=3,reaction temperature 30℃,adsorbent dosage 10 g/L and speed 4500 r/min.
