提升电石生产运行过程中安全管理水平的策略

摘　　要：电石行业是中国重要的化工行业之一,在推动经济发展和为其余行业提供支撑方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。电石企业在生产过程中会面临着高温高压高粉尘等恶劣的工作环境,因此安全管理对电石企业的生产尤为重要。近年来,安全问题一直受到社会各界人士及国家的重视,如何提升电石生产运行过程中的安全管理水平是企业主体最重要的待解决问题。文章首先阐明了电石生产中涉及的有害因素及电石企业安全管理的重要性,然后结合笔者的工作经验并借鉴了一些高水平安全管理企业的经验,提出了提升安全管理水平的策略。Calcium carbide industry is one of the important chemical fields in China.It plays an important role in promoting economic development and providing support for other industries.Calcium carbide enterprises will face harsh working environment such as high temperature,high pressure and high dust in the production process,so safety management is particularly important for the production of calcium carbide enterprises.In recent years,the safety problem has been paid attention by people from all walks of life and the state.How to improve the safety management level in the process of calcium carbide production and operation is the most important problem to be solved.This paper first expounds the harmful factors involved in calcium carbide production and the importance of safety management of calcium carbide enterprises,then combined with the author’s work experience and drawing lessons from the experience of some high-level safety management enterprises,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the level of safety management.
