摘  要:青岛石化7万吨/年甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置于2011年12月建成投产,装置工艺整体运行平稳,但装置历经多次停工检修发现设备腐蚀严重,腐蚀系统主要有醚化反应单元、催化蒸馏单元、甲醇回收单元,严重影响了装置安全长周期运行。文章从腐蚀情况分析造成系统性腐蚀的原因,提出工艺操作优化、设备材质升级、脱酸剂稳定运行等对策,降低设备腐蚀,为装置长周期运行提供保障。70000-ton/year methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE)plant at SINOPEC Qingdao Petrochemical was completed and put into production in December 2011.The overall process of the plant is running smoothly,but after several shutdowns and repairs,it is found that the equipment is severely corroded,and the corrosion system mainly has etherification reaction.The etherification reaction unit,catalytic distillation unit,and methanol recovery unit had seriously affected the safe long-term operation of the device.This paper analyzed the causes of systemic corrosion from the corrosion situation,and proposes countermeasures such as process operation optimization,equipment material upgrade,and stable operation of deacidification agents to reduce equipment corrosion and provide guarantee for the long-term operation of the device.
