摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,人们对工程质量逐渐重视,石油化工管道安装应符合规定标准。基于此,针对工艺管道安装进行全面分析。首先简要介绍了石油化工工程中工艺管道安装的具体标准。然后分析了管道安装施工的具体风险。最后主要强调了工艺管道安装施工风险的防范措施,如加强施工图纸审核、完善工程焊接工作、强化施工管理工作、明确管道安装标准等。At present,with the development of China’s economy,more and more attention is paid to the project quality.In petrochemical industry,the pipeline installation is required to meet the specified standards.Based on this,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the process pipeline installation.Firstly,the specific standards of process management installation in petrochemical engineering are briefly introduced.Then it analyzes the specific risks of pipeline installation and construction.Finally,it mainly emphasizes the preventive measures against the construction risk of process pipeline installation,such as strengthening the review of construction drawings,improving engineering welding,strengthening construction management,clarifying pipeline installation standards,etc.
