摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,石化行业的生产技术也取得了重大突破。在传统生产模式的基础上,石化生产的安全环保水平有了很大提高,当前的社会经济发展模式也对石化生产的安全环保提出了更高的要求。因此,在这种背景下,石油化工生产技术也应该从这两个方向进行研究。主要分析了石油化工生产安全环保的意义,探讨了提高石油化工生产安全环保水平的具体措施。With the development of social economy,the production technology of petrochemical industry has also made a major breakthrough.Based on the traditional production mode,the safety and environmental protection level of petrochemical production has been greatly improved.The current socio-economic development mode also puts forward higher requirements for the safety and environmental protection of petrochemical production.Therefore,in this context,petrochemical production technology should also be studied from these two directions.The significance of safety and environmental protection in petrochemical production is analyzed,and the specific measures to improve the level of safety and environmental protection in petrochemical production are discussed.
