摘 要:陕西榆能杨伙盘煤电一体化项目电厂新建工程脱硫系统,采用"烟塔合一"方案,吸收塔系统布置于空冷塔内,不设烟囱。经处理后净烟气经吸收塔顶部短烟道对空排放,吸收塔后预留湿式电除尘空间位置及荷载。布置于空冷塔内设备选择均应适应空冷塔内极端高温、极端低温运行温度。根据火电基建项目脱硫吸收塔在建设过程当中对焊接接头质量的把控,通过制度体系要求,焊工人员的准入,焊前的模拟考试,焊接工艺的审查以及工艺纪律的执行情况等,从多个方面入手,针对吸收塔底座边缘板最后焊接成型后对焊接接头进行超声检测,掌握焊接质量情况,及时采取措施保证焊接质量,达到吸收塔底座边缘板圆满交付,确保不出现漏浆事故。The newly-built desulfurization system of the power plant of Shaanxi Yuneng Yanghuopan Coal and Electricity Integration Project adopts the"smoke tower integration"scheme,and the absorption tower system is arranged in the air cooling tower without a chimney.After treatment,the net flue gas is discharged to the air through the short flue at the top of the absorption tower,and the position and load of the wet electric dust removal space are reserved behind the absorption tower.The selection of equipment arranged in the air cooling tower should be adapted to the extreme high temperature and extreme low temperature operating temperature in the air cooling tower.According to the control of the quality of welded joints during the construction of the desulfurization absorption tower of thermal power infrastructure projects,the requirements of the system,the admission of welders,the simulation test before welding,the review of welding processes and the implementation of process disciplines,etc.Starting from all aspects,ultrasonic inspection of the welded joints after the final welding of the edge plate of the absorption tower base is carried out,the welding quality is grasped,and timely measures are taken to ensure the welding quality,so as to achieve the successful delivery of the edge plate of the absorption tower base to ensure that there is no slurry leakage accident.
