摘  要:海水冷却塔在腐蚀性海洋大气环境中服役,其环境十分恶劣、腐蚀机理比较复杂。在海水冷却塔表面涂装有机防护涂层是提升其服役寿命的一种有效措施。综述了海水冷却塔的腐蚀机理和防护措施,防腐涂层失效机制的研究现状,以期为海水冷却塔的腐蚀与防护提供一定的理论参考。Seawater cooling towers are used in corrosive marine atmospheric environment.The corrosion environment for Seawater cooling towers is very bad and the corrosion mechanism is complex.Painting organic protective coatings on the surface of seawater cooling towers is an effective measure to improve its service life.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism and protection measures of seawater cooling tower,and the failure mechanism of anti-corrosion coating are summarized.We hope this work could provide some theoretical reference for corrosion and protection of seawater cooling tower.
