摘 要:通过化学结晶造粒流化床软化技术在电厂循环水补水软化处理中的应用,研究了软化方法的处理机理和处理效果,中试实验结果表明,产水pH、上升流速、稳定运行时间三个因素对软化效果有影响,从而得出该系统处理循环水的最优处理条件,与传统处理方法相比具有处理效率高、处理水量大、水质稳定性好等优点,在电厂循环水处理中具有广阔的应用前景。Through the Application of chemical crystallization granulation fluidized bed softening technology in power plant circulating water make-up softening treatment,the treatment mechanism and treatment effect of the softening method are studied.The pilot test results show that the production water PH,rising flow rate,stable operation time Three factors have an impact on the softening effect,so that the optimal treatment conditions for the system to treat circulating water are obtained.Compared with traditional treatment methods,it has the advantages of high treatment efficiency,large amount of treated water,and good water quality stability.It is used in power plant circulating water treatment.China has broad Application prospects.
