摘  要:[目的]探究不同养殖地区日本医蛭的生长和抗凝血活性。[方法]以野外捕获(江苏)的日本医蛭为对照组,以重庆、广西、广东养殖的日本医蛭为试验组,进行人工养殖试验。[结果]日本医蛭能在不同地区进行人工驯养;人工养殖的日本医蛭最低存活率为(73.50±0.51)%,120日龄最低体重为(2.9843±0.0221)g,与野外捕获的日本医蛭体重存在显著差异。日本医蛭在出苗30 d内体重增长率最大,死亡率最高,均随着养殖时间的延长而降低。人工养殖日本医蛭的抗血凝活性为168 U/g,与野生日本医蛭(275 U/g)存在显著差异。[结论]日本医蛭能在不同地方引种养殖,且其抗凝血活性能达到《中国药典》规定标准。[Objective]To study the growth and anticoagulant activity of Hirudo nipponia in different culture areas.[Method]H.nipponia captured in the field(Jiangsu)was used as the control group,the artificial culture experiment was carried out in Chongqing,Guangxi and Guangdong.[Result]H.nipponia could be artificially raised in different regions.The lowest survival rate of H.nipponia cultured artificially was(73.50±0.51)%,the lowest body weight at 120-day-age was(2.9843±0.0221)g,there was significant difference of the body weight between cultured and captured H.nipponia.The relative growth rate of body weight and mortality rate of H.nipponia were the highest within 30 days after emergence,which decreased with prolonging of cultivation time.The anticoagulant activity of cultured H.nipponia was 168 U/g,which was significantly different from that of wild H.nipponia(275 U/g).[Conclusion]H.nipponia could be introduced and cultured in different regions,and its anticoagulant activity could meet the standard stipulated in China Pharmacopoeia.
