摘　　要：目的:了解新疆伊犁地区哈萨克族居民慢性病防治素养水平现状,探索其影响因素,为当地提出慢性病相关的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用PPS抽样法,对≥18岁的哈萨克族常住人口进行问卷调查。结果:共调查8547人,哈萨克族居民慢性病防治素养水平为9.7%。多因素分析结果显示较高文化程度、农林业劳动者、城市居住的居民慢性病防治素养水平较高(P<0.05);慢性病防治素养得分较高的居民,更倾向于睡眠时间适度、不喝酒、饮食清淡、每天吃蔬菜水果。结论:伊犁地区哈萨克族居民慢性病防治素养水平处于较低水平,应关注不同人群的慢性病防治素养的不平衡现状,使文化程度较低、不同职业、农村人群得到更多健康关注和支持。Objective:To assess the current status of chronic disease prevention literacy of Kazakh residents in Yili of Xinjiang,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for proposing effective health education and health promotion intervention measures.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the permanent resident population of Kazakhs aged 18 years or older by adopting the PPS method.Results:A total of 8547 people were surveyed,and the Kazakh residents'chronic disease prevention literacy level was 9.7%.Multivariate analysis results showed that higher education level,agricultural and forestry workers,and urban residents had higher levels of chronic disease prevention literacy(P<0.05).Residents with higher chronic disease prevention literacy scores tended to sleep more appropriately,not drink alcohol,eat lightly,eat fruits and vegetables every day.Conclusion:The Kazakh residents in Yili have a low level of chronic disease prevention literacy.We should pay attention to the unbalanced status of chronic disease prevention literacy among different populations,people with lower education levels,different occupations and in rural should receive more health care and support.
