基于聚类分析和关联规则探析侯莉莉主任治疗多囊卵巢综合征的用药组方规律

摘　　要：目的:应用关联规则和聚类分析对侯莉莉主任治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的处方用药进行分析,探讨其治疗本病的用药规律。方法:收集2019年6月至2020年6月期间在南京市妇幼保健院侯莉莉主任门诊就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者的中药处方358例,应用Microsoft Excel 2010软件建立数据库归纳数据,使用IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0进行聚类分析,使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析。结果:补虚药、活血祛瘀药、理气药、清热药4类为侯莉莉主任常用药物,使用频率高于50%的中药为当归,白术,焦六神曲,醋香附,茯苓和川芎;关联规则得出置信度与关联度较高的药物组合为:当归-白术,当归-香附,当归-川芎等;聚类分析得到置信度高的核心药对如:醋三棱-大血藤、黄芪-炙黄芪、炙甘草-紫苏梗、黄连-酒黄芩、升麻-炙甘草等。结论:侯莉莉主任主要以补消结合法治疗多囊卵巢综合征,用药以滋补肝肾,健脾益气,活血祛瘀,行气解郁为主,此治法与PCOS脾肾亏虚为本气血阻滞为标的病机相吻合。Objective Apply association rules and cluster analysis to analyze the prescription drugs used by Director Hou Lili for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and explore the drug rule of the treatment of this disease.Methods A collection of 358 Chinese medicine prescriptions from patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who attended the outpatient clinic of Director Hou Lili of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.Use Excel software to build a database to summarize data.Cluster analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0,Use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association rule analysis.Results Tonic drugs,activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs,qi regulating drugs,and clearing away heat drugs are commonly used by Director Hou Lili.The Chinese medicine used more than 50%is Danggui,Baizhu,Jiaoliushenqu,Cuxiangfu,Fuling and Chuanxiong;Association rules yield drug combinations with higher confidence and correlation:Danggui-Baizhu,Danggui-Xiangfu,Danggui-chuanxiong etc.Cluster analysis obtains core drug pairs with high confidence,such as Cusanleng-Daxueteng、Huangqi-Zhihuangqi、Zhigancao-Zisugeng、Huanglian-Jiuhuangqin、Shengma-Zhigancao etc.Conclusion Director Hou Lili mainly treats polycystic ovary syndrome with the combination of supplement and elimination,Medication is mainly to nourish the liver and kidney,invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,promote Qi and relieve depression,This treatment method is consistent with the pathogenesis of PCOS that the deficiency of spleen and kidney is the target of block of qi and blood.
