基于数据挖掘探析中医方剂大辞典治疗疮疡病用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探析上自秦、汉,下迄现代(1986年)治疗疮疡病用药规律以供临床参考和借鉴。方法:选用《中医方剂大辞典》疮疡病篇所使用方剂,并归纳总结其性味归经及功效,运用Excel2013统计、TCM Miner对数据进行频次统计、关联规则分析,最后采用Cytoscape3.6.1对所得关联规则进行网络视图制作。结果:历代医家治疗疮疡时常用药物25味,多属清热和补益类药,性味多以苦寒、辛温、甘平,多归脾胃、肺大肠、肝胆经,关联规则支持度为8%以上主要常用药对分析得到:当归-金银花,当归-甘草,金银花-甘草,防风-黄芩,大黄-黄芩,黄芩-连翘,防风-连翘,当归-防风,当归-川芎,当归-人参,人参-黄芪,当归-连翘,黄芪-甘草。结论:古往医家治疗疮疡病以攻补兼施,消托并用为法,以清热解毒,化瘀消痈,兼补气血。Objective to analyze the medication rule of sores and ulcers from Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty to modern(1986)for clinical reference.Methods the prescriptions used in the chapter of sores and diseases in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were selected,and their properties,tastes,meridians and efficacy were summarized.The data were analyzed by Excel 2013 statistics and TCM miner,Finally,the network view of the association rules was made by using Cytoscape 3.6.1.Results The results showed that 25 kinds of drugs were commonly used in the treatment of sores and ulcers,most of them were heat clearing and tonic drugs,and the nature and taste were bitter cold,pungent and sweet,Most of them belong to the lung,spleen,stomach and liver meridians,and the support degree of association rules is more than 8%.The main commonly used drug pairs are:Angelica honeysuckle,angelica Glycyrrhiza,honeysuckle licorice,Fangfeng Scutellaria,rhubarb Scutellaria,Scutellaria forsythia,Fangfeng forsythia,angelica Fangfeng,angelica chuanxiong,Angelica ginseng,ginseng Astragalus,angelica forsythia,astragalus root.Conclusion in the ancient times,the treatment of sores and ulcers used both attack and tonic,and eliminate Tuo,in order to clear away heat and detoxify,remove blood stasis and carbuncle,and replenish qi and blood.
