摘 要:目的:研究不同产地不同采收期百合药材中化学成分薯蓣皂苷的动态积累。方法:采用反相-高效液相色谱法测定测定不同产地、不同采收期百合药材中薯蓣皂苷的含量。色谱柱:菲罗门ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(95:5);体积流量:1 mL/min;检测波长:204 nm。样品平均回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.93%(n=6)。结果:百合药材中百合皂苷的含量在不同产地、生长时期有明显的变化规律,8月中旬百合药材中薯蓣皂苷的含量较高。结论:百合药材中百合薯蓣皂苷含量的积累动态将为百合药材采收期提供一定的科学依据。Objective To determine the dynamic accumulation of Dioscin in differernt habitats and harvest times from Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker.Methods RP-HPLC was used to measure the content of Dioscin from different habitats,and harvesting time.Chromatographic column ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(95∶5),the detection wave-length was 204 nm.The average recoveries were 98.24%,RSD were 0.93%(n=6).Results The content of Dioscin in Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker had obviously change rule in different producing areas and growing periods,and the content of Dioscin in Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker.was higher in the middle of August.Conclusion The accumulation dynamics of Dioscin in Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker will provide a scientific basis for the harvesting time of Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker.
