摘　　要：顺应国家政策与时代要求带来的城市快速发展新形势,提出城市“软更新”的概念。城市软更新把城市空间视作一个由人和其他生物共同介入所构成的完整的生态系统。与城市硬更新相比,软更新更关注于社会凝聚力、地方认同感、文化自信心的软性要素,从而促使城市空间达到自然生态、文化生态和社会生态的动态平衡,是一种逐步代谢和调整恢复的更新方式。城市软更新的目标主要是为了更好地满足人们在城市空间中的心理健康和社会健康,从而系统疗愈已有的“城市病”。针对当前城市建设和治理暴露出的城市软性品质不足问题,主要从自然生态、文化生态和社会生态建设三方面提出城市软更新策略。In response to the new situation of rapid urban development brought about by national policies and the requirements of the times,this study centers on the concept of"soft"urban regeneration.With the view of urban soft regeneration,urban space is regarded as a complete ecosystem composed of human and other biological species.In order to achieve the dynamic balance of natural ecology,cultural ecology and social ecology in urban space,compared with urban hard regeneration,soft regeneration pays more attention to the soft elements of social cohesion,local identity and cultural selfconfidence.It is a method of gradual metabolism,adjustment and recovery.Its goal is better to meet persons’mental health and social health in urban space,and is systematically to cure the"urban disease"existed For dealing with problem of lack of urban soft quality exposed in the current urban construction and governance,this article shows that there are three strategies of natural ecology,cultural ecology and social ecology construction on the urban"soft"regeneration.
