摘  要:针对国内钢桥面铺装快速养护对高性能冷拌环氧树脂的迫切需求,本文通过添加活性增韧剂(RTA)对环氧树脂进行改性,并选用常温固化剂对改性环氧树脂进行固化。通过拉伸性能、DSC、反应温度、粘时曲线等综合分析了RTA掺量及固化剂种类对环氧树脂的影响,并优选两种冷拌环氧树脂(CE)进行混合料路用性能验证。结果表明:RTA的掺入可显著改善CE的断裂延伸率及微观相结构;G1和G2型固化剂均能满足施工和易性要求;Z15-G1和Z15-G2型冷拌环氧树脂混合料(CEM)的路用性能与热拌环氧沥青混合料(HEAM)及温拌环氧沥青混合料(WEAM)相当,但其低温抗裂性能和四点弯曲疲劳性能远优于HEAM和WEAM。Due to high performance cold-mix epoxy resin has been an urgent need for quick maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement,in this paper,epoxy resin was modified by adding active toughening agent(RTA),and hardener was used to cure the modified epoxy resin at room temperature.The effect of RTA dosages and hardener types were analyzed by means of tensile test,DSC test,reaction temperature test and visco-sity test,and furthermore,two kinds of cold-mix epoxy resin(CE)were selected to verify the road performance of the mixture.The results show that the addition of RTA can significantly improve the fracture elongation and microstructure of CE.The CE cured with G1 and G2 hardener can meet the demand of workability during construction.The road performance of Z15 and Z15-G2 cold-mix epoxy resin mixture(CEM)was equivalent to hot-mix epoxy asphalt mixture(HEAM)and warm-mix epoxy asphalt mixture(WEAM).However,the low temperature crack resistance and four-point bending fatigue properties of CEM were much better than HEAM and WEAM.
