基于Logistic模型的精准扶贫受益人群满意度分析——以四川省攀枝花市N村为例

摘　　要：分析影响攀枝花市典型贫困乡村精准扶贫中受益人群的因素,准确掌握受益者的真实心理和行为表达,对下一个阶段的乡村振兴工作重点布局具有较大的借鉴作用。基于贫困村N村建档立卡贫困户的调研样本数据,针对受益户的满意度数据构建二元Logistic模型,定量分析受益户个人和家庭的基本特征、劳务技能特征、认知特征和直接受益特征对精准扶贫受益人群满意度的影响。结果发现,年龄结构和外出务工区域是影响受访者对精准扶贫成效满意度的主要因素,随着年龄增长,人群满意度更趋向持肯定态度;精准扶贫政策的直接普惠性可左右群体对满意度的正反馈;家庭规模与满意度呈现出很强的负相关关系;劳务输出到经济发达程度高的区域,更趋于肯定评价精准扶贫成绩。基于此,提出了提升贫困户对政府精准扶贫满意度的建议。To analyze the factors affecting the Precision Poverty Alleviation beneficiary(PPAb)in the typical poor villages in Panzhihua city and accurately grasp the true psychological and behavioral expression of the beneficiaries,has a reference value for the key layout of the rural revitalization work in the next stage.Based on the survey sample data of N village by inputting tent card,a binary Logistic model was constructed according to the satisfaction of PPAb,the influence of basic individual and family characteristics,service skill characteristics,cognitive characteristics and direct benefit characteristics on the satisfaction of PPAb was analyzed.The results showed that the age structure and migrant work area are the main factors affecting respondents’satisfaction with the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation,with the increase of age,the satisfaction of population tends to be more positive.The direct generality of the precise poverty alleviation policy can affect the positive feedback of the satisfaction of the group.There is a strong negative correlation between family size and satisfaction.When labor services export to regions with a high degree of economic development,they tend to positively evaluate the achievement of targeted poverty alleviation.Based on this,suggestions on improving the satisfaction degree of poor households to the government’s precision poverty alleviation were put forward.
