摘　　要：剖析中越边境农业科技合作现状与潜力,可以为中国跨境农业科技合作提供参考。将中国滇桂两省区和越南北部边境七省结合起来,对比分析双方合作基础条件、机制模式及存在问题,并提出针对性建议。研究发现:中越边境具备良好的农业科技合作基础,初步形成了多层次合作机制,通过基地建设、产业转移、联合研究和人员交往等开展了多形式合作,但在机制建设、主体动力、合作项目等方面仍存在问题。基于此,应加快构建战略协同的合作新体系,强化对合作主体的持续稳定支持,推进重点领域的务实合作,探索跨境农业科技合作新模式。Analyzing the current situation and potential of China-Vietnam border agricultural science and technology cooperation can provide reference for China’s cross-border agricultural science and technology cooperation.Combining China’s Yunnan and Guangxi with the seven northern border provinces of Vietnam,the basic conditions,mechanism models and existing problems of China-Vietnam border agricultural science and technology cooperation were analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions for deepening cooperation were put forward.The results showed that the China-Vietnam border has a good foundation for agricultural science and technology cooperation,and has initially formed a multi-level cooperation mechanism,various cooperation modes such as base construction,industrial transfer,joint research and personnel exchanges have been carried out.However,there are still some problems in the construction of mechanism platform,the driving force of cooperation subjects and the fields of cooperation projects.Based on this,it is necessary to accelerate the establishment of a new cooperative system of strategic coordination,strengthen sustained and stable support for cooperation subjects,promote practical cooperation in key areas,and explore new models of cross-border agricultural science and technology cooperation.
